The Linktown Residences Development

The homes are one part of a larger plan. The consortium's award announcement describes a retail mall of about 300,000 square feet of net lettable area owned by CICT, a new Hougang bus interchange, and a town plaza with sheltered public event space and food and beverage outlets, with direct connectivity to Hougang MRT station on the North-East Line and a link to the Cross Island Line.

The unit mix, bedroom types, facilities and block layout are confirmed by the developer on release and published on the floor plan and site plan pages, with the full e-brochure sent to registered parties the same day.
